I am really glad that you are looking to improve your game and work on what you are doing in training.

If you don't want to take that step, start with some basics that we show you in the Training 101 section. This takes you through some basics that will help you to get more consistent and then start to develop key areas of your game.

Stay relaxed. This is the number one tip for generating more speed. It is quite a natural reaction to try and tense all your muscles when you are trying to hit the ball as hard as you can but this won't lead to increased power. Watch this master class to learn the correct way to generate more speed in your strokes.
