A coach reviews your video and provides structured, actionable feedback within 72 hours.
Film one continuous video of 20–30 seconds while rallying. Focus on one stroke, for example your forehand topspin.
Ensure we can see your technique clearly.
Film yourself performing the same serve 5 times in a row with natural pauses between attempts. One continuous video, roughly 30 seconds.
The coach looks at consistency, spin generation, and body mechanics across all attempts.
Here's a real example of coaching feedback for a forehand topspin submission.
Your elbow is dropping below the table level during your backswing, which is causing you to brush the ball from underneath rather than behind it. This is limiting the amount of topspin you can generate and making your stroke inconsistent when the ball comes in at different heights.
Keep your elbow up and roughly level with the table during the backswing. As you swing forward, lead with the elbow first and then accelerate the wrist through contact. Aim to brush the back of the ball at the 2 o'clock position rather than the bottom of the ball.
Stand close to the table and do slow-motion forehand strokes without a ball, focusing entirely on keeping your elbow level. Do 20 repetitions, then add a ball and try it at half speed with a cooperative partner feeding from the other side.
The Elite membership includes one personal video review per month directly from coach Alois Rosario, where you can ask any question or share any footage. Video Coaching is open to all registered members (not just Elite) and uses a structured format: a short rally or serve sequence filmed to a specific brief, so the coach can focus entirely on your technique and mechanics.
