How many hours did you train where you began? and how many days?
Hi Francisco,
I used to train a couple of times a week for about an hour or perhaps two but certainly not a lot when I first began. I used to hit the ball against a wall a lot.
In this training session you'll learn how to find the best basic stance and learn how to practice your footwork. As usual there are plenty of games along the way to keep the session fun.
