Why do lots of players use the pendulum serve always or often?

Hi Maverick,
It is an easy serve to get a lot of spin on the ball because it utilises the wrist well. It also puts players into a good position to play the forehand on the next ball.
It isn’t for everyone though. Make sure you find a serve that you feel comfortable with.

No Spin Serve
It may sound like a bad idea but the no spin serve can be effective when put together with a range of spin serves. In fact, this is a must have in your arsenal of serves.
