If you have more time you can play a topspin from away from the table.
It is just the same as any other topspin but you can swing through bigger because you are further away from the table.

Take a look at the lesson on the Lob and then see if you can adapt it to more of a forehand topspin stroke. If we get some time we will make a lesson on it.
