Training
Hi Coach,
I train with wall without touching the floor or a table i hit the ball toward the wall and it return back and i hit it again without touching any thing is this right?
Hi,
It si probably better off to get the ball to bounce on the floor or on a table to simulate hitting against an opponent better.
In this session we focus on your backhand attack and in particular the placement of your backhand attack. By being able to vary the placement of your backhand attack you will keep your opponent guessing and be able to play to wherever you feel is there weakest spot defensively.
