Hi Alois

i want to ask you something, when i get tired at the middle of the match, what is the best thing/changes of my strategy to not getting more tired or get back my stamina.

i have studied my score when i play with my friend, 75% i have beaten at the third last sets, for example, i win at the first and the second set, but sometimes i can beaten 3-2, my opponent wins 3 set in a row!

my common strategy is depend of the opponent weakness, if i can't make a great shot. i usually give it to my opponent weakness side. i just give it to my opponent strength side if its a perfect shot

thank you

Hi Kevin,

You may need to think about changing your tactics in these last few sets.  They may be getting used to where you are putting the ball.  Sometimes even if you change direction for a little while then go back to their weaker side again.

You may also be getting a bit tighter in the later games so you should also think about this.  Keep a track of how you are feeling.  Sometimes feelings of tiredness come from being nervous as well.
