Hi coach i am trying to play like jeff forehand topspin off backspin and block... 

when i am trying to play off backspin and block is the same finish position is my Forearm is above my head and it's very ugly but i can make the ball faster and put it on the  table but i want to play like jeff forehand topspin and many players can you give me any advice how to play a nice forehand topspin like the top players...

Hi Sami,

You have to keep training the stroke and doing it slowly to make sure you are getting the action right.  It may take some time.  DUring your training focus on this exclusively for a while and see if you can improve it.
