Strokes
Hey Jeff,
it is good to change the bat from my hand to my other hand in a match? like timo boll
its good to train sometimes change the bat?
Hi Francisco,
It is better to use the racket in one hand and keep training like that. Timo has been playing for a very long time and can do this because of all of his experience and skill. It is not something that he goes out to train.
When your opponent plays a short ball to your forehand, you can play an attacking stroke by using the flick. This stroke is also known as the flip.
