What's the different between an anti spin rubber and a long pips rubber?

Hi Kevin,
The effects on the ball are similar. I think the long pimples gives you a bit more variety and ability to generate you own spin and effects.

What rubber you recomend for someone that like to chop in the forehand? I use a tenergy 05fx in the backhand

You could use the same on the forehand if you want. What are you using on the forehand at the moment?

I already use tenergy 64
You could try something slower. Others may have suggestions of rubbers. Perhaps Yasaka Pryde.
