Hi Bharat,

Take a look at these lessons on Forehand Topspin Off Backspin and Backhand Topspin Off Backspin.

For serving, take a bucket of balls and spend 30 minutes a few times a week and experiment with types of serves.   It doesn't what you try, be creative.

To improve your attacking game think about making a topspin whenever the ball on;y bounces once on your side of the table.  This is a mindset as well as a skill.

To return a fast topspin firstly you need to be watching the ball carefully.  This will give you the best opportunity to see the ball early and react appropriately.  Then use the Backhand Block.

The key here is watching the ball carefully and being open to the ball coming to either side.  Then move as best as you can to play an effective shot.

You need to focus on developing your short return.  If their serve us short and you can return it back short then you will gain the advantage in the rally and get the first opportunity to attack.

If their serve is long then you need to topspin the return.

Hi Bharat,

The principle is the same.  You should try to topspin it if the ball comes long using the same stroke as we have shown you in those lessons.
