How do people curve the ball sideways when they do there forehand topspin.

Hi Furqaan,
We have a lesson to show you how to do this. Take a look at our lesson on the Sidespin Forehand Topspin. This will help you to learn the stroke. Don't forget though that it is important that you have a strong base of a normal topspin first.
