Hi  Alios

I am Jacob Johnson

I wanna ask u that how can I improve my backhand. My forehand is quite good but my backhand is really horrible and I often miss simple smashes using backhand

Hi Muhammad,

I think the most important thing to focus on is the technique of the stroke.  If you get the technique right you will start to be able to get more balls on the table and also then be able to increase the speed of your shots.

Take a look at our lessons on the Backhand CounterhitBackhand Topspin Against Block and Backhand Topspin Off Backspin.  Then see if you can copy the techniques and practice as much as you can.
