What type of serve is effective to make the ball come to my forehand for third ball attack?

Hi Madan,

Often a Reverse pendulum serve will take the spin over to your forehand side as will a backhand sidespin serve.

You need to see with each opponent what works best though because different players have different likes.  The other thing to consider is where you place the serve.  Remember a lot of players will play cross court.  So if you serve it to their forehand corner, a lot of players will tend to play the ball across to your forehand side.
