Hi

While playing the game i usually lose points due to the ball hitting the net most of the time.  Can you explain how to avoid this?

i do the serves with penhold grip but i can't switch back to shake hand grip quickly?

Hi Sarosh,

Try to use a modified shakehand grip for serving.  What you do is take the 3 fingers away from the handle and make a fist with them behind the handle.  This will give you the smae flexibility that you get with the penhold grip but it is easier to change back quickly to the shakehand grip.

If the ball is going into the net a lot, get the ball to bounce closer to you on your side of the table.  This will give the ball more time to get up high enough to go over the net.
