Serving

Hi Alois ! I am practicing my serves a lot and I have no problem with serving short and spinny but I don't know what to do to have a really low second bouce. Even though my first bouce really not high over the net, I would like my second bouce to be even lower.

Thanks :)

Hi Yoan,

Just focus on hitting the ball from lower and get that fist bounce nice and low and the rest will follow.  Also if you get a little more forward movement on the ball rather than sitting it up slowly this will also get the ball a little lower on the second bounce.
