Dear Alois and Jeff

When receiving high toss serve , should i track the ball while it is up high or focus on the bat of my opponent ?

Thanks and best regards

Hi Mohsen,

I find it is better to track the ball all the way up and down. In that way you are not changing your focus from the bat to the ball.  The only problem comes when there are large and strong lights up high that you would be looking into.  In that case I would watch the bat until the ball hits the bat and then track the ball from there.
