hi sir! Im having a trouble returning a heavy backspin serve in ny FH . how to return this long & short serve? tnx :)

Hi Samma,

The backspin will drag the ball down onto the table on your side.  You need to lift the ball to get it over the net.  If the ball is short the easiest way is to Backhand Push the ball back.  If the ball is long then you should use the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin stroke.
