Sir, for the past one week i didn't practice. Suddenly today, when i started to play, i couldn't control my body. I am feeling overweight and my knee and the whole leg started to pain after two minutes of play. My coach said that as i didn't play for a week, i lost the touch.

Please tell me what's wrong and how to keep in touch.

Hi Earl,

Don't worry.  If you play again for a short time your touch will return.  The more you worry about it the harder it will be.  Allow yourself to remember the feelings.  They are still there.

Use your hitting up time to feel the ball and gain control of both your strokes and your balance.

The best way to avoid this is to be able to play every day but that is not possible for most of us.
