Hi Revanth,

I am glad that you are enjoying the site.

Firstly your racket is fine and you will be able to do everything you want to with it.

For more movement, you should practice your footwork movements.  Do this by a lot of repetition of movements using our Training Drills free download.  This will show you a whole lot of movements that you can practice.  By doing this you can then become more automatic with your movement.  Also take a look at our Footwork Basics lesson.

For the Reverse Pendulum serve take a look at this search on our Ask the Coach questions.  http://www.pingskills.com/table-tennis-forum/search.php?s=Reverse+Pendulum+serve.

For the forehand and backhand topspins look at these lessons.  Forehand Topspin Against Block and Backhand Topspin Against Block.
