how do you do a forehead topspin accurately?
I don't know how much speed to use and the angle.

Don't get too caught up with angles. Watch our lesson on the Forehand topspin and take particular note of the start and finish positions. These are the crucial things to get the stroke right.
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
