hi coach ! i am really worried about my forehand topspin. since the virus crises my topspin action really become worse and and i need your help to make it perfect what should i do to make it perfect pls give me instruction to make it better

Hi Athaerv,

Go back to focusing on the basics of the stroke, the start and finish positions.  Go slowly initially and build up your confidence in it then progress as you start to feel ready.

It will come back to you.  Just give it time.
