Problem with backhand smash

When i smash with my backhand it is so slow. what will i do to get it faster?

Hi Mark,

Get more wrist action into the contact.  Also try to contact the ball flatter.  We also recommend that if you have time, you should step around and use your forehand to make the smash because you can get a bigger swing at the ball and adjust your arm for elevation of the smash a lot easier on the forehand side.
