For how much time we should practice one stroke and move on to learn a new stroke? I practice one for 20-25 days is it less time or it's not?

Hi Rave,

That is a good plan for you.

You can also combine strokes at the same time. You can keep your focus on then stroke but spend time on some other areas as well to add interest and also combine the strokes into more of a game situation.

#3 - Consistent Combinations

In this session we focus on your consistency when playing combinations of backhands and forehands. Several routines in this training session make you constantly switch between a backhand and a forehand. If you can improve your consistency on these combinations it will really help you in a real game since your opponent will often be changing where they hit the ball.
