The serve he did wasn't a let or not even a warning, but immediately gave Ma long a point. You can hear the umpire say 'foul' or something similar

It's in chinese so i can't understand what is going on here.

Hi Aaron,

The umpire calls "Fault".  I think it is because he doesn't remove his left hand from the area between the ball and the net.

The service rules requires a player to remove their arm from that area so that the receiver can see the contact of the ball.

Doubles Serving Rules

In this video we go over the somewhat complicated rules of serving for doubles in table tennis. There are a couple of extra rules for doubles that you don't apply to singles. In doubles you always serve from the right hand box diagonally to your opponent's right hand box. Each player has 2 serves each. If you've just been receiving then it's your turn to serve next.
