Forehand chop or block

I need advice, do you reccomend chopping a topspin or blocking it.

Hi Sohan,

In general it is better to block if you have the opportunity but it depends on the ball and your opponent.  If your opponent doesn’t like to play against a chop ball then chop can be better but a block gives your opponent less time and allows you to get into a more attacking position in the rally.
