Hi Alois,

Whenever i try a smash it is out of control and goes right out of the table. i have tried many times but mostly succeeded only 5% of the times by fluke. so which technique should i use , to overcome this problem. the one fobia what i have is i am scared to face or hit the ball when someone smashes so please teach me some techniques to overcome these problems.

if possible pls show me through  a video as i got many replys from many people from different websites but i couldn't understand , if i did also none of them worked.

if possible pls ans in at least 4 days as i have an interschool tournament on 31 jan.

Hi Sai,

When smashing make sure you are in good position first.  Watch the lesson on the Forehand Smash.

To return smashes you need to think about moving back from the table and make the Lob stroke. If you are close then try the Backhand Block.
