Strokes
Hello sir
I play with long pimples Tibhar Grass 0.tec5 in back hand side. I’m little bit uncomfortable when fast return comes in pimples side. Also I have become bit weak in forehand side. My forehand rubber is butterfly Rozena 14-025.

Hi Nishant,
When they play the ball fast to your pimples the best response is probably the chop block.
We have a tutorial on the Long Pimple Chop Block that you can take a look at. This can be a really effective stroke if you can practice it and utilise it in your matches.
To improve your forehand take a look at our tutorials on the Forehand Counterhit, and the Forehand Topspin against Block to start with. These are the two most important strokes on the Forehand side.
The rubber you are using is good enough to be able to execute those strokes effectively.
Once you've mastered the start and finish position of the forehand topspin, you can start to focus on finer details. In this video we talk about the position of your legs, weight transfer, varying the finish position, incorporating footwork, the use of your wrist, and the angle of your bat for the stroke.
