Hi Andrew,
Unfortunately there is not one serve that is the best serve.
The best serve in any situation is the one that your opponent is not going to like and also that will put you in a good position to make a strong next ball.
This varies for each serve and each opponent because it depends on what the player is expecting as well.

The best serve is the serve that your cannot return ever!
Unfortunately this cannot happen as your opponent will develop tactics to return that serve.
