in pendulum and reverse pendulum serve which part of the rubber will generate maximum spin. i am using joola energy on forehand and xtra energy on back hand on C3 friendship wood. it is never easy i dont know why. is this a suitable match of rubber and blade or not.
in practice session i execute fore hand topspin very well but in match i experiences mistiming some time is it did fall on opponent court sometimes ail over it. i feel i am mistiming it. How should i become perfect.

Hi Hashim,
Firstly the equipment combination is fine. You will be able to generate good spin with that.
To generate a lot of spin you need to contact the ball near the end of your bat as far away from the handle as you can. This is the part of the bat that is moving the fastest and so with a good brushing contact you will be able to generate the most spin.
With your forehand it sounds like it is a matter of more repetitive practice to gain confidence in the stroke in a more pressured situation. The timing will improve the more times you hit the stroke. In a match you may become a little anxious and your timing will be a little out if your stroke isn't perfectly grooved.
