How does the fh and bh stroke change when your playing 1.5 -2 m from the table?

As you get further away from the table you can lengthen your strokes because you have more time and you also need more power to generate a strong shot from back there. Your body can be more side on again because you have a little more time.
The pivot is where you are moving around your backhand corner to play a forehand. This is something that will come in handy in a match situation, especially if you have a stronger forehand. We will show you the best way to move in the pivot footwork.
