I want do know how to do the topspin cause now i just play basic,,i try to do the topspin ,but it is very hard to do for me. Can you give me some suggestions so that I can try to do the topspin.

Hi Justin,
The most important things are the start and finish positions of your strokes. Take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Topspin Against Block to learn the stroke properly.

Strawberry Flick
The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
