How can I improve the forehand and the back hand skills ?

Hi Hussain,

This is a matter of getting the correct technique first and thn doing as much hitting as you can to make the stroke better.  Experience by hitting can not be replaced.

Take a look at our lessons on The Forehand Counterhit and The Backhand Counterhit.  Follow the techniques that we show you there.  This will help a lot. 

Work hard at getting it correct when you start and you will have a good stroke for life.
