Problems with shakehand grip

Strokes

Hi there coach, I have problems with my shakehand grip. I noticed that the feeling of the grip I use for my backhand is not the same with the feeling of the grip I use for my forehand. When doing backhand strokes and then switching to forehand, I cannot feel the grip while doing a forehand stroke. On the other hand, when I am doing forehand strokes and then switch to backhand, I can't feel to grip while doing the backhand stroke either. Is there any kind of shakehand grip that can be used comfortably both in forehand and in backhand? If possible, can you please do a video where you show us the proper shakehand grip that is more specific? thank you so much in advance :)

Hi Wayne,

If you keep a central grip as we show in the lesson on Get a Grip you will be able to play both forehand and backhand equally as well.
