Hi Alois and pingskills

i saw your video of penholders and i saw that one of the advantages is can use the same side of the racket to hit not like the shakehand, that has to change from forehand to backhand...well this advantage is my real weakness.

When i adopt a block position i stay there...the balls that comes to the middle i don't attack, What i can do to be more offensive?

Hi Cristh,

Step a little to your left and make sure that everything that comes to that middle area you are ready to attack.  It is more of a mindset than a technique to become more attacking.
