Hi Alois... could u elaborate on some drills to practice to get comfortable quickly with a new racket so that strokes may not be hampered when one gets new equipment?

Hi Azhar,

The drills don't matter too much but just do whatever hitting you do in a controlled manner and not too fast.  Give yourself time to adjust to the speed of the racket.
