How to do a smash

Hi pingskills first i would thank you guys for making this website and i have learnt a lot from you guys so thanks and second I'm going on a tournament and i want to do a smash but i can't do it properly pls help me thanks from: kim!

Thanks for your kind words.

Regarding the smash first take a look at the lesson we have on the Forehand Smash.

In most cases players try to make a smash when they really should be making a topspin.  You only use a smash when the ball is above shoulder height and you have time.  A topspin is a much safer and more effective stroke in most cases.
