Hi Pingskills! What is the characteristic between euro rubbers and japanese rubber? Is XIOM Vega Elite a euro rubber?

Hi Xariuz,
The Euro and Japanese rubbers tend to be the same qualities.
Not sure how you would classify Vega Elite.
