I play tt with my friends everyday. My friends all have their own way to attack. Any practice to develop one? And also I need a daily practice method to increase my skills. Thanks for your opinion.

I think the most important stroke in a game is the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin. If you can practice this often in your training it will help you to make the first attack.
