im going to participate in a table tennis tournament. Pls help me to choose serves which i can use in the tournament to win matches.

Hi Shikhar,

FInd the serve that you are most comfortable with. Then practice this and the follow up as often as you can.

There isn’t one serve that is better than the others, it is just the serve that you do best and gains you the best advantage.
