Hi alois 

I have a question! How can i block a heavy smash or lob it ? 

It is better with the backhand?

Hi Gafur,

To block a smash you need to be lucky.  You need to watch the ball really closely and then use the technique that we show you in the lesson on the Backhand Block.  You can also move back away rom the table if you get time.  Then use the Lob.

A more important thing is to try and prevent them from making the smash by keeping the ball lower over the net.
