Hi guys,

I'd like to know how exactly  I should move my feet, legs and knees while I'm hitting a forehand topspin. I'm right handed.

Thank you very much!

Hi,

Take a look at this tutorial on the Advanced Forehand Topspin for help on the major movements when playing the forehand topspin.

It is a combination of legs, body and arm to make the full stroke and help to generate power.
