I have trouble hitting the ball with my forehand. It seems that the ball always goes off the table or under the net. Do you have any tips on improving on my forehand strokes? thx! B)

Hi Joel,

We sure do.  Take a look through the lessons on the Forehand Counterhit and the Forehand Topspin. These lessons will give you a good understanding of the basics.  Then get out onto the table and hit as many forehands as you can .  It will certainly improve.
