Hi i am intermediate level player, i always feel difficulty in execution of this strokes. What is best way of playing this

Hi Ali,

I am not sure exactly which stroke you mean.

We have lessons on The Forehand Counterhit and also on the Forehand Push. These will help you with these strokes.
