How can I practise to play very unexcited and controlled? Because my coach said me I play very hectically. Thank you in advance, Lukas.

Hi Lukas,

In training focus on getting more balls on the table in a row.

Start to think about being more consistent in a game situation as well.  Often putting the ball on the table one more time is enough to win a point rather than trying to hit a winner.

So I shoulnt hit it every time with a Lot of speed and spin but I should do a counterhit or a block with good placement?

Yes, that is good. You can wait for a weaker ball to attack it fast but think more about placement.
