i have been playing table tennis for almost 2 years, but the thing is that.... i had to go on a hiatus so that i can focus on my studies since it is my senior year in highschool... but when i started to play again i really performed poorly.... i dont know why.... can you help me?

Hi Samuel,

Sometimes this is just expectations.  Remember to give yourself some time to get back into it.  Often our memories of what we could do is a little inflated as well because we remember the good shots and forget the bad ones.

Just give yourself time and work hard with what you have right now.  Forget about the past.
