Strokes

My friend hates it when I chop the ball to him because he is not great at getting back backspin. However, I often miss the table because I try to get the ball over the net. Is there a training drill to solve this problem?

Hi Ciaran,

Yes, you can just practice the chop stroke on training.  You can get your partner to topspin to you or just chop back to you and try to get the ball on the table consistently.
