Hi Alois and Jeff, how do i choose the best type of spin to use and when is the best time to use it ?

Hi Ikrama,

When serving you need to vary the serves you use. This also applies to general strokes. Variation is a big key to your game.

In general during the rally you should try to make a lot of topspin strokes because you can hit the ball faster with topspin.
