Backhand loop

Strokes

Coach Alois I have difficulty with the backhand loop because my wrist seems to lose control when I try to finish the stroke. I found that if I raise my elbow I can hit the topspin loop easier. I don't know what the answer is for a backhand loop against backspin to try to better control my wrist at the end of the stroke? Any ideas?

Hi John,

Actually think about the finish position you want to get your bat to.  Each stroke focus on how close you are to that position.  This will soon fix itself.
