I am thankful to your advice to keep practicing only SERVE with full focus and I have been doing it religiously for the last five months & owing to it my game as well as confidence level is improved.

Hi Umesh,

I am glad that your game is improving.

The best way to do flick a backspin ball is with the Backhand Sidespin Flick.  This will help to lift the ball over the net and counter the backspin on the ball.

Umesh, when you say "heavy chop" what exactly do you mean? How short behind the net is your opponent placing this shot?
